Technical Sales - Logistics Software

- Identify, develop, and expand the customer base in the following industries: Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation & Freight Services, Warehousing, Supply Chain, etc.

- Approach potential customers, understand their needs, and provide consultation on suitable products/solutions.

- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with existing customers.

- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.

- Follow up on order progress and support customers throughout the implementation and product/service usage process.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Achieve sales targets in accordance with the company's business plan.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

- Bachelor’s/College degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.

- At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in software, technology, or enterprise solutions.

- Passionate about sales and working with B2B customers.

- Good English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- An existing customer network is a strong advantage.
